Every CSR technician possesses a pricing guide.  With upfront pricing  there are no hidden costs or fees.  The price for one customer is the same price for the next with the exception of coupons, military, and senior discounts.  Flat rate pricing is based by the job and not the hours.  This ensures the lowest possible pricing.
